CARE COACHING

The primary goal of our professionally-trained Care Coaches is to help people in crisis.

volunteers and staff in group prayer over client

Our programs Director identifies which services are needed and which organization is best equipped to assist the family.

Due to the stress that a person in crisis is experiencing, Mercy Support Services trains volunteers to be their advocates and to help access resources on their behalf. The trained Mercy Care Coaches also provide professional coaching in personalized areas of expertise to help clients become self-sufficient again.

Training for Care Coaches is provided at no charge on a regular basis. Training classes are announced on social media.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, or would like to volunteer as a Care Coach, contact Melissa Whitaker at or mwhitaker@mercysupportservices.org or call 904.701.7650.
