RESOURCE AND REFERRAL CALL CENTER
Our Resource and Referral Call Center is the hub of information and referrals for callers who need resources in Clay County, handling over 2,000 calls per year. The needs of the caller are assessed and referrals are provided in numerous areas, including, but not limited to utilities, rent, mortgage, medical needs, food, clothing, evictions, and veterans assistance.
What you can expect when you call Mercy:
- To speak with patient Care Agent who treat every caller with dignity, respect, empathy, encouragement and hope
- To receive guidance on different services or resources available in the area based upon the need
- To be given appropriate options for callers to resolve issue/s through established providers
- To be directed toward the appropriate systems of care
Our goal is to lift individuals up and give them a healthy sense of dignity that they are deserving of. Our heart is to provide love and hope that empowers people to use their God-given abilities to care for themselves and their families.
