Mercy Depends Upon You

Each year Mercy depends on the generosity of our community businesses and families to help us change lives. Every single gift, large and small, makes a difference in providing housing, resources and educational programs for those in crisis. Here’s a few ways you can help.

Donate Funds

Mercy depends upon community giving to support our Programs. We serve hundreds of families and individuals in crisis each year. All donations over $2 are tax deductible. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt for your deduction.

Any amount that you can give is appreciated.

Pledge a Monthly Donation

Monthly donations makes it possible for Mercy to meet the growing demands in Clay County and provide uninterrupted programs and services to those in need. Recurring gifts at any increment allow us to successfully plan and implement our annual goals.

Any amount that you can give is appreciated.

Support Mercy While You Shop on Amazon

You can support Mercy whenever you shop at Visit our Wish List and purchase needed items for our families and housing units, or donate a portion of your purchase every time you shop with Amazon Smile. Learn more.

Donate in Celebration on Facebook

Facebook now offers a non-profit feature whereby you can set up a simple fundraiser on your birthday or special event. Celebrate your special day while sharing your heart for Mercy, and the Mercy mission with your friends and peers.

Leave a Legacy Bequest to Mercy

Leaving a bequest to Mercy is a significant way to share your heart for Mercy by paying it forward, while helping us to plan out our programs and future needs. There are many different ways to set up a bequest based on your personal situation. To discuss the options and possibilities, contact us at 904.297.4052 or Email us.

Host a Friend-Raiser

Share your heart for Mercy and help us get the word out by hosting a casual gathering in your home or place of business. Our team will come out and help you with materials, heart-felt testimonials and snacks to educate your peers and loved-ones on the impact that Mercy Support is having in Clay County. You never know who in the room may be connected to someone that is in dire need of our services! We find that once people learn about all that is going on they really have a heart to help, volunteer and become a part of the Mercy family in some way!

Volunteer at Mercy

Mercy relies on volunteers to staff the call center and help with fundraising events and other activities.

You may also wish to share your skills by becoming a trained Care Coach for Mercy. Our coaches are everyday people who desire to share their gifts and talents in a mentorship program and our Care Coach Training Program is offered each month to help them get started. Whether your gifts are spiritual, financial, educational, parenting, career-placement or fundraising, you can make a lasting impact in our Mercy family. Reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Mary Horner at for more information.
