Mercy Support Services, administers a Self-Sufficiency Program that also offers housing to help families get back on their feet. The program uses volunteer coaches for help with financial planning, budgeting, finding work, transportation and more.

Resource Referral Call Center

Each month, more than 200 Clay County families and individuals make a call to Mercy Support Services. Staffed primarily by volunteers, the Resource Referral Call Center identifies the needs of the caller and matches him/her with the appropriate resources.

Care Coaching

Mercy Support Services trains volunteers to be advocates for those in need, and to help access resources on their behalf. The Mercy Care Coach oversees case management plans, which professional care coaches have created to help clients become self-sufficient. Training for Care Coaches is offered regularly.
