RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM

The Rapid Rehousing Program assists homeless families in Clay County with financial assistance to obtain housing. If approved based on the county enforced guidelines, a family in our Rapid Rehousing Program can expect a maximum of one-year of ongoing assistance while actively working towards independence.

PLEASE NOTE:

● The State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program provides local governments with the funds to create housing programs to assist its income-eligible citizens.

● Mercy Support Services is strictly the administrator of the Clay County SHIP funds. Final approval or denial of all applications are determined by the county.

● Financial coaching by a trained Mercy Program Coach is a requirement to receive financial support. All requirements and guidelines will be explained in detail during the application process.

REQUIREMENT: CLAY COUNTY RESIDENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS
